It’s great to get as much insight into Pink’s person as one can through Murray’s research. Nevertheless, Pink, as far as I can yet tell, will forever remain quite a mystery until I meet him in heaven. He kept much close to the chest, and though his letters to friends reveal some of his private character, they nonetheless keep a certain distance about them.
