This stories were all published before her first full length book came out in 2011. It's really interesting to see how much of her later work was influenced by these stories. I think many of the ideas in Wonder Maul Doll made into and were expanded upon in God's War.

This one made it into her most recent anthology of short stories and was just as good as the first time I read it.
If Women Do Fall They Lie⭐⭐⭐
Interesting concept.
Holding On To Ghosts⭐⭐⭐
I liked this but I feel like this wasn't in the typical Hurley style.
Wonder Maul Doll⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best one so far! This pieces was full of social commentary. Loved it!
