Status Updates From The Namesake

I have a little into the second chapter, but I love this book. The writing is vivid and beautiful. Already, I am invested in these characters’ lives. The culture shock also make me smile.

It's getting interesting to see how a name affects an individual. Also some many of the experiences/culture in the book I've grown up with in some form. Like the 'good name' bit and stories about how the builders of the Taj Mahal all had their thumbs cut off after it was built.
