Status Updates From Sleepyhead (Tom Thorne, #1)

Hypnotic. It’s a bit like reading a Malin Fors whodunit from Mons Kallentoft, but instead of the departed lingering to urge Malin on from beyond and tease the reader with hints of what happened and where Malin should look for truth, we have the Alison italics here, plus Thorne “haunted” by the victims’ admonishments or guilt-inducing italics. These are quick, though, and perhaps just in Thorne’s troubled head.
