Re-reading along with a student, who requested book recs after having trouble with Harry Potter. Though The Bad Beginning has a higher lexile range (1010L) compared to The Philosopher's Stone (880L), it is a great resource for English learners because of the way Lemony Snicket explains and contextualises difficult vocabulary to make it approachable.

Hasta ahora es muy igual a la serie de Netflix (Porque no sabía que era una saga de libros antes de verla) y eso e gusta mucho. Debo advertir que esta saga es igual de extraña, retorcida e inusual que la serie. No creo que se recomiende para niños ajajajaja
