Ew. I don't like this part of the storyline. Why couldn't Child have made Jodie an adult when Reacher first knew her—at least 18. I know he wasn't that much older than her—and he didn't do anything inappropriate—but Child keeps showing us Reacher's inner monologue, and he keeps thinking about the 15-year-old she was. Again, not necessarily in an inappropriate way, but it's still gross.
