I cant tell if this book is going to end up being enlightened centrism the novel, or if theres actually going to be a choice made in either direction. It feela like Ethan realizes he cant always be in the middle but with the introduction of the psychic, it seems like thats his "destiny" which is odd

Its alright so far. Interested to see how the characters develop, but a lot of them seem relatively one note at the moment. The most interesting is probably Etta and her dog.
