Is it possible to fall more in love with a character on the second go? Never been able to reread books and here I am surprisingly enjoying this book even more.

What's an autistic trance?

The world is very interesting, even if the characters range from mildly unappetizing to vile. Sometimes that's what makes them interesting. More than a bit on the Gonzo side, but I like that occasionally. Just taking a bit to find the rhythm and ride it.

/ 871 ... I'm only a couple of chapters in, and I already want to read the other two books in the trilogy. Even with the clown.

An interesting read. The change made it so that the dead come back to life and people currently living cannot die unless some outside source acts on them.

This book is starting off very weird, & I like weird, usually. It's very slow going. I'm going to give it a chance, but I just don't know at this point. Totally different take on the whole zombie thing. Also, the main guy dresses up like a clown, but he's a detective who gets possessed by an entity who helps him solve cases. I don't know what I was thinking when I downloaded this.
