Status Updates From Time Mac & War Wrlds

Quitting here unfortunately for the time being. :'( The War of the Worlds is a lot more interesting and exciting but it just couldn't hook me.

The Time Machine was very drab, not a great first introduction to Wells. I did enjoy how he envisioned poor workers evolving into subterranean and carnivorous monkey monsters that prey on the now helpless privileged people after 800 thousand years. 2/5 stars.

I really like that Asimov in his introduction touches on the parallels of the war of the worlds and colonialist England.
