Was good read. Angst free. So many ILYs -- that was slightly annoying.

Would never call people like Bri's friends, 'friends'. She needs a few less friends. Do people like that actually exist outside of books? Ones that aren't elderly? Anyways, club scene in ch4 or 5 and then whatever chapter that gym scene was (shortly after) got me so confused, so stopped in the middle of 6 and re-read from ch4. Still reading, but not really excited about continuing.

Ok, looks like it's the 'I'm messed up' which will be the conflict point. I can live with that. I really really don't want to see either Bri or M hurt, which seems to be Galli's way. Hurt the couple by one or the other's actions or inactions, then somehow get over it. Though there was that book wherein she had the conflict be another woman; before main relationship started. So . . . it isn't always 'must hurt them.'

hmms. If this follows Galli's normal pattern of having a conflict come up, rather than having the simple fact that M's 'messed up' be the conflict, I might end up giving my first subpar rating. like a 1. I don't think I could stand the angst and drama that might happen if M and Bri got together then one or the other had to fight to break down an issue. I mean, I knew they were getting together. Last book told me.

This is something lije the fifth book by Galli. Except for hints in previous book, BDSM hasn't come up befire. And yet, first scene from the other person, bondage club. With a bondage and whipping scene. Strange, eh? Yet book is one tye higher rated ones.

Jesus Christ. If I had friends like these, I would've ditched them 5 minutes in. I really really do not understand some dynamics here. Everyone is annoying the hell out of Bri, but hey, they're friends. I would've shot half by now.

Sometimes I really really don't understand how that group can be considered friends. They annoy the hell out of me most of the time.
