i really am hating this book. Reed is a massive asshole and I'm not sure I can take any more of his "you are not a real man because you don't only care about fucking" shit.

Lovely transphobia with a big dash of misogyny going on here. This whole "you can't be real a gay man because you wear purple underwear and write romance novels, so you are clearly a woman trapped in a man's body" thing is offensive on several levels.
