Status Updates From Bezgalīgais stāsts

DNF at page 278. It's giving Narnia and I love that. But it does not quite grip me as the plot keeps changing and changing and I don't know what happened at some points. The book could have ended at around the halfway point and it would have been fine but I'm absolutely bored and unimpressed by the second half. I give the first half like a 3.5 stars and I dnfed the rest.
