I’m intrigued. This is a pretty simple concept (in theory, at least). ICU helps facilitate student success by not allowing students to fail, or receive a sub-standard result (grade). Instead, they are given extra help in the form of time, guidance, and individualized attention so that success (and learning!) is (almost) guaranteed.
