Status Updates From Growing up Wired

Hmmmm....this seems to have devolved into a standard frat house drinking, weed smoking girl chasing farce. The pharma element seems to be driving certain characters to act like someone from Apocolypse Now (Lite).
Lots of mis-spelt words: their instead of there, and several parent's instead of parents.
Losing connection with the characters.

Interesting proposition.

Being an Englishwoman, I think some of the references in a US frat house are passing me by.
I listened to the BBC's radio adaptation of "The Graduate" over the weekend; this is strangely reminiscent of that atmosphere of youth angst. Some scenes are pure farce that would work well on stage/screen; others are just plain weird. A few typos but otherwise technically sound.

So far, so good. I like how the Internet is this monster taking over the world, one frat guy at a time. And how Victor is addicted to his computer/Internet porn, while the other guys in the house don't even have computers plugged in, and spend more time talking to girls than downloading them. That being said, this is an interesting fraternity Fleming has set up. I'll have to compare it to real frat life on my blog..
