Status Updates From North Carolina Through Four...

“Carolina” was an intensely Christian Protestant colony of the British Empire, influenced by the Anglican Church but also by many peoples oppressed and displaced by the English - Presbyterians, Scots, Welsh - and economic/religious migrants from France and Germany. There is a suspicious absence of detail in regard to relations with Indians and Blacks. Would be nice to hear more, but maybe a topic for another book
