I've been stuck here for a year? My problem is this book is full of vocabulary relating to the Korean practice of Buddhism or Zen. So this update is to record the fact I've lost the book it seems. So I'll continue to look for it for awhile and if I don't find it I'll move it over to the completed list because I learned what I could and thought about what I did learn.

This book is simple but compact and uses some terminology. There is a glossary in the back. I will try again, but tonight I will try something that falls into my minds lap.

I'm no great expert on zen, but I Have read more than a few books, taken classes, tried to settle into a zen life. This book I put on my list when I first came to GR, then bought it and let it sit and baste. Then I read a few pages and put it down to pick up later when I was ready. Then I tried again and put it down again. I've treasured zen because of its clarity. It didn't seemed all wrapped in terminology

Have you ever thought you understood something only to find that you had it all wrong. So far that's my reaction to this book. It is my car book. A book that's always in the car for those moments you have nothing else to do.
