Lovely book, but the language was hard for me to follow. Didn't end up finishing.

Lots of characters got introduced in these last two chapters. So far, I like all of them. Narrators are doing great. I kept thinking about the top review of the book. It just said “Raw”. I wondered if that’s because of the black accent? I hear that term for when people are not speaking in a white accent. I don’t like that.

This is a very good start. Just setting things up. Every character that got introduced is nice and realistic. Dialogue is good. And the narrator is doing a bang-up job. I am into this book.
