I bounce back and forth between being lost in the allegory and amazed at it. 😊

I've been putting this reread off for a while. It's been so long! Not sure what's been holding me back, but thoroughly enjoying it even more this time around after reading the background of what John Bunyan was going through when he wrote this.

The obvious jokes of this being a bible adventure fanfic aside, this is an enjoyable story that is able to take one very distinct side of the British Enlightenment argument. That being said- running out on your family to chase “life! Life! Eternal life!“ probably is not the best look in the name of Christianity- but you do you, man.
