Status Updates From My Bloody Valentine

I must admit, I do not really enjoy this writer’s style. This is the first film novelization I’ve read that feels like a 1-to-1 of what happened on screen with almost no elaboration or expansion.

TJ and Axel have the single most homoerotic friendship I’ve ever experienced in a book.

A novelization that adds depth to the characters & expands the story of an 80s slasher film to a degree that’s getting more & more enjoyable with each page turn. The depiction of Harry Warden’s actions when the mine collapsed are harrowing & brutal which builds the tension even more!
