Status Updates From The Other Witch Named Hermione

The story remains interesting and fast paced. The internal monologue and tongue and cheek pop culture references are entertaining. There is a strange sexual tension between characters and in scenes but it isn't a smut book at all. There are mentions of various mythical creatures, lore, cultures.. I enjoy the blending of all sorts of things. I don't know exactly how I feel about the main characters yet.

The story pace is fast and the main characters has a peppy tongue in cheek sass that took me a minute to get used to. Also, Sawyer has already brought his package up at least twice. With no follow up and in the wrong context both times. Unsure how I feel about this. Is he a lumberjack or is he a cowboy?! I’d like to know.
