When we build bonds and societies that are less isolated, capital is undermined; a communal home is more self-sustaining. Where several people are caregivers for a child, less money is spent towards childcare companies.

first chapter down and it is pretty interesting. but I have seen 2~3 misspellings/typos in just the first chapter, and considering this is a short book, it is kinda disheartening

To reject these claims is easy; what’s more interesting is to look at what the existence of this obsession says about our society today. If we look at sex robots from non-capitalist or non-heteronormative lenses … we can begin to see how they attempt to entrench dying systems, prompt political regression, and stop us from considering what else we might be working towards.
