Status Updates From The Lost Year: A Survival S...

Well it worked out the way I thought it was going to from early on in the book. Didn’t detract from it though. I know this is a middle grade book but it was written so well, with minimal preachy type stuff about Covid. It didn’t feel like I was reading a kids book until the authors note at the end and it did feel like she was addressing children.

I’ve already shed tears and I really don’t want to finish this as I’ve known for awhile what is going to happen. This book is sad and I’m really enjoying it.
