This story is very profound. I resonate with a lot of what is being discussed in this book. Being a sociology student who has been thinking about death and feeling very lonely, I resonate with Mitch. I, too, am afraid of what’s to come after I graduate college and what I will make of my life. I don’t want to be consumed by my work like Mitch. I wish I had a Morrie in my life. But, alas, I have him via print.
