Today is grey outside. I woke up from a horrible dream that left my heart aching and my eyes weepy. These dreams are common this year and I know they are serving a purpose. Being human is hard. This is a perfect little book to listen to while I slowly walk this morning and let all of the pain move through my body and breathe in the fresh air of a new day.
