I’ve forgotten that one of the things i love about this play is all the contradictions, with the fair/foul & things that seem corporeal not really being so. And I love the interaction between macbeth & banquo here bc they seem like friends. like the “your children shall be kings” “you shall be king” is how besties talk to each other after hearing something insane.
