i feel like i know how this all ends - i am *living* the ending. Max doesn't see the future that i'm in, and neither does John A Williams. yet, i also don't know how it ends. not at all, not even a little bit.

not even halfway through and i *need* to buy this book. got it from the library, taking many pictures of many pages. i can't believe that it is taking me all this time to not only read this book, but to simply *hear* about this book! why is this my first time hearing about this book???
