I understand praising your employee but every time they do something good ? I don’t think that’s productive bc think about it your wasting your time as a manager just clocking your employee and i dont know it feels very kindergarten

I’ve always thought evaluations should be 5050 if you evaluate me as a supervisor to worker then I should b able to do the same.
