I get that to be in the position Bezos is in, you have to be insanely driven, rule your company w/absolute control; lines between fear and dedication become blurred for employees. Just ~20% in, and it’s already about destroying small businesses that pose no threat of competition, firing employees who fell into the bottom 10% of performers at the end of the quarter w/stacked ranking systems… what a nightmare.

The more I read, the more I get upset! This is the epitome of capitalism on steroids.

I have a lot of feelings about what I am learning!
