Status Updates From Shaken Loose

There’s definitely been more developments since last I wrote - some movements around the board, some involvement with high-ranking figures, some more mild questions about the morality of Hell. It’s maybe starting to get somewhere. Cautiously optimistic about how this might… er… *shake out*.

Hm. It’s certainly a quick read and it’s fine overall, so far, but I’m waiting for something to “click”. Still a lot of trudging through Hell with not a lot more going on than that. A bit of insight into the minds of some of the other characters, but the perspective on all this from the author isn’t exactly clear yet.

So Annie is in Hell, which is what the premise promised. It happened pretty quickly, not a lot of dilly-dallying, so I appreciate that. Right now she and a couple others are just wandering around a desert, so kind of eventless so far. There was a very disturbing forced sexual assault scene, though. Not sure what to make of that. 🫤
