綠蠵龜從來不與海浪對抗。相反地，牠利用海浪。我之所以無法跟上牠，是因為無論海水打向哪裡，我始終在往前划。一開始，這還可以讓我跟上，有時甚至要放慢一點。但我越是向著迎面而來的海浪，就游得越累；所以當浪潮退去時，我已經沒力了。
