Okay, so. Marcus accuses Reid of undermining him on purpose, letting Marcus take the lead, then dropping back and trying o make him look bad while making himself look good. Reid dismisses this as the Hispanic guy having an inferiority complex. Except ... this is EXACTLY what Reid is doing. He refused the lead, then criticises Marcus, undermines him, and curries the others' favour at Marcus' expense. :/
