As someone who enjoys self help and Buddhist philosophies already, I still learned a lot from this book. It wasn’t just a review of things I already know (which can be helpful), but a deepening of my fundamental understanding of peace and joy. I loved the meditations throughout. They gave practical application to applying the principles taught in the book.
