Abasio is described as "dark as walnut wood," so it's a mystery to me why the cover makes him look so white.

I wish we could get a real description of what the guardian angel is supposed to look like. We're almost 200 pages in and im still not even certain what color it is.

50% in to the book & many of the threads which had been woven from the start are beautifully coming together. The pace has picked up, as too the sense of urgency & we’ve found out more backstory of many of our characters. The advanced growth of our MC’s is also a wonderful addition, Abasio is now more like a 30+ yr old man which is great to read.

Abasio’s journey has progressed in time, if not in location, however, it is still unfolding & our characters around him are becoming more curious by the chapter. We are finding out more about pre-Abasio’s world & what tore it apart; more chapters to come.

Abasio, on his journey, has been slow but not dull. There are so many sights to see & for a young lad fresh from the farm, there are many lessons to learn. The world-building has just (beautifully) begun.
