Never, did even "The Hardy Boys" have action like this. In the first few chapters there's a jeep nearly over a cliff, two tornadoes, a fibbing town, a 'go away' sinister telephone call, and a bulldozer levelled a mercifully, unoccupied tent!

Absolutely wonderful! Knowing this is the last of the series Robert Sutherland has written, at least as of 1997; I have been wise to savour it till the very last of the year!
