Me está siendo útil en el trabajo ya que estoy siguiendo su sintaxis o forma de organizar las cosas. Lo que son las personas, userflows y user journeys me dio una muy buena esructura, normalmente era algo que hacía yo a como saliera, siguiendo guidelines no específicos e inventándolos. Ahora tengo una línea a seguir para omogenear todo el proceso.
