The first few chapters of this book had me interested. However, it's lost me a bit. I appreciate the historical perspective as far as gays in the military. Aside from that, I'm finding the story a bit boring, if not far-fetched. Seems that everyone is gay, yet it's hard to put my finger on the actual conflict. Homophobia in the military? In Libya? Fear of love or discovery? The prose is good, the plot so-so.
