Status Updates From On Gaslighting (Insights)

This book is quite boring for a topic that is usually fascinating.

The book has led to one or two enlightenments for me concerning a past relationship which I now recognise was emblematic of the term "gaslighting". Although it gets a little tedious at times I feel that the effort to read the book has been worth it for these enlightening realisations and the strengthening of my resolve not to reenter this relationship even though my ex-partner is trying to get back into my life.
