From page one, I knew this was going to be a classic Aussie story. Set in an outback town, where the discovery of a murdered local man prompts Emily Tempest, a newly appointed ACPO, "That a skin disease?" - "Aboriginal Community Police." on a path of investigation far from her superiors. Emily' s views on life are sharp and often hilarious in delivery. I'll be reading this well into the night, ... Love it so far.
