What is letting go v correctly processing something ?? Can someone pls tell me that. Is it just an active thing you do v ignoring/suppressing ?? How do you know the difference?? 😭

Ive actually finished this book. I do think it defo has some very good points about spirituality and death and how enlightening it can all be. But I must say the ending with god, a little so so. I just feel like a lot of it is the same stuff but just said with different words. Like with being present and open. They had so many different examples of the same thing. Anyway still a good book. On to the next one!
