Bush I: Fault is in what he did not do. Failed to commit the US to a comprehensive settlement btwn Israel-Palestine. Also left Saddam in Iraq after 1991. ME views Bush as another Britain and as harmful. Bush I had no vision for the world after the USSR's dissolution.
