Status Updates From THE INFERNO BY JOHN CIARDI~...

Reading this right after Between Two Fires goes CRAZY 😭

The way that all the sinners stop and chat and give a quick prophecy while they continue to be tortured is hilarious like they are willingly participating in an educational campus tour of hell

This is insane honestly, absolutely intense, takes away your whole concentration as if you are being hypnotized but still awake

this is genuinely putting ne in a reading slump

i am reading dante on the train to florence where i will eat at the dante and beatrice restaurant (definitely not a tourist trap) and see the dante monument and walk on via alighieri and visit the dante museum and go to dante’s house. somebody pinch me.
