The safe deposit box: Wow this held me in a tight grip the entire time. I think this is the best story so far. It’s human, believable, even with such a singular big idea. It didn’t need competing ideas, the brain map is perfect. The mystery cliffhanger ending is perfect. I wanted more but I wouldn’t want to change anything.

Axiomatic: Cool idea, well done story, ok character, didn't blow me away. I expected more from the title story, especially after the first few stories. Brain implants are a cool idea to play with, and I liked exploring the different types in the implant store, but they weren't really used for much. The pay off wasn't anything special. It was like a small taste of any cyberpunk-esque story. It wasn't bad

Blood Sisters: It was alright. More of a straight forward story, no twists or big ideas. Some interesting ideas around manufactured viruses but nothing that really piqued my interest. I did like the angle it took on exploring the pharmaceutical industry, privatized healthcare, and government bureaucracy around public health. Good read, but more forgettable compared to the previous stories.

The Caress. 10/10, best one so far. Great characters, especially the villain if you can call him a villain. Felt a bit Dan Simmons

Eugene: holy cow I didn’t expect that ending. I was locked in on Angela and Bill being too materialistic and blinded by their greed, I was expecting them to have Eugene and him turn out to be some monster or something. But no Eugene was perfect, but he didn’t have to be born to be able to do what he was destined to do.

The hundred light year diary: Interesting concept, I love the idea of determinism vs free will. Sorry was a bit flat but the idea was worthwhile.

The Infinite Assassin: Great intro to this series! The exploration of infinite possibilities from a personal scale to suddenly a truly infinite universe (or larger?) scale was really cool. Reminded me of Ubik by PKD
