Status Updates From The Jewel of Asgard (80AD, #1)

After seeing Aiki Flintheart on panels at a spec fic convention, I decided to pick up some of her works. I might be too old for this or it might be showing that this is her first novel. It feels younger than most YA and suffers from rather illogical characters plus MMORPG rules that make no sense (girls can't have horses or enter taverns/shops, wtf?). Won't be surprised if I DNF and check later works of hers instead.
