Idk how but it keeps managing to make the most trivial of conflicts and disagreements interesting even though the characterization is very similar among the spread of colonists as opposed to unique and emotional. Maybe it’s just that I’m a nerd for Mars and the psychological effects of colonizing it. The arguments about whether native life would be disrupted by terraformation are particularly interesting.
