I finally got to the really Woo-y part of the book lol

Powerful, effective meditations. Grounding, energy centers, inner sanctuary and consult your inner guides

There are a lot of good tidbits in this book if you already have a healthy mindset or have some self doubt and need motivation to improve your confidence, self esteem, or need a kick in the butt to help accomplish your goals, but I think if someone who has sociopathic tendencies read this book they could use the lessons in it to justify their unethical/immoral behavior by means of the “therapy speak” in the book.
