"It's just that the comfort and solace, even strength, of faith should never be confused with the the existence or nonexistence of the object of that faith. Faith and its object bear no relation to each other, though if one were to believe the great religions of the world, faith in God and God should be listed as synonyms in the dictionary" - Bugliosi.

If the God of the Bible exists, how can he possibly be who it claims him to be? One must ask, if God and sin cannot reside in the same space, how is he then omnipresent? If death and pestilence of every sort is the result of sin and he loves every human being, wishing none to perish, how is he then omniscient or omnipotent?

"So no matter what God does in the future, we can never forgive his past."

"If Christians insist on having a God, they can do so, but if they have any respect for logic they'll have to redefine who he is." - Vincent Bugliosi

And they do, Mr. Bugliosi, they do. It's called cherry-picking and adding their subjective human interpretation of what they believe to be their personal relationship with him.
