The Latehomecomer - 4/5 this one is long but I liked it. Interesting tbh to hear directly about the war from a German pov too. Narrator is funny and judgy which I like.

"The Ice Wagon Goes Down The Street" - I would not say that I haven't read anything fantastic lately (far from it!) but this reminded me it's been a while since I have been reading with a gigantic smile on my face. I was hooting and hollering the whole time. A MAGNIFICENT story.
