The American political system is selectively democratic. Minority group rights are revocable and subject to the majority whims. Interest convergence relies on the basis of divergence bc it is a self-serving ideology.

-Brown v. Board of Education is a prime example. Soviet pressure on U.S racial apartheid being used for propaganda, which influenced American policy bc they didn't want too look bad in the fight against "communism" lol.
