finished wonderland yes its the same day-paused in awe to write an update before jumping straight back in read this in two sittings total loved it-We called him tortoise because he taught us said the Mock turtle-is such a great line- a sequel im excited to jump into If he has other works I'd love to see if he keeps the same vibes or only for this whimsical story. the plot was just adventure & id have it no other way

5stars. obsessed, wordplay, wit, and a world much like our own but with so many hidden intricacies he allows us to peek at. as if every chapter, every adventure was "a-means-to-a-wordplay" in the best way possible. if I wrote a book it would ideally (less eloquently) be just like this. I've heard the second book is "literally a chess game" if so ive had that idea myself. Oh to meet Carroll and pick his brain... <3
