Status Updates From Dark Spells: Four Books

The second book has been seven or eight chapters of how wonderful the MC's wife is and how different she is from him. Yawnsville. Even the single ghost sighting was meh because the secondary character over-reacted so much that it felt like an incomplete attempt at comical. I hope something scary happens soon.

That chapter ended very abruptly. It's not the first one to jar me right out of the story wondering if I was missing pages, or clicked ahead too quickly.

This girl's hair just changed from black to blonde. Grr

Umm... Vicarious doesn't make sense in that sentence.

Already better than the last Rain book. Could be the addition of Scott Nicholson, or it could be the subject - a curse instead of a vampire. Either way, I'm enjoying Cursed.

A bit boring not what I expected.
